Warranty/Return |
LIMITED WARRANTY
All parts manufactured by Retrotekspeed in this sale come with a one year only limited warranty. This warranty covers the original owner ONLY and is not transferable. This warranty does not include consumable items like O2 sensors, TPS, MAP, Idle Air, or CTS. Retrotekspeed warrants to the original purchaser the products designed and manufactured by Retrotekspeed shall be free from defects in material and workmanship (normal wear and tear excluded) for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO EXCEPTIONS!!
Fuel injection, Smart Shift, and any other product or system (designed, built or customized by Retrotekspeed or any dealer/distributor of Retrotekspeed) are non-returnable/non-refundable.
WARRANTY CLAIMS AND REPAIR SERVICE
All warranty repair returned merchandise requires prior approval from Retrotek Speed. An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number will be assigned for all returns excepted. All returned merchandise for warranty claim is at the sole discretion of Retrotekspeed. Merchandise for inspection or repair must be sent prepaid and insured. Repair returns must include a copy of the original invoice along with the purchaser/ senders name, address, phone number and an explanation of the problem.
IN NO EVENT WILL RETROTEKSPEED BE LIABLE FOR MONEY DAMAGES WHETHER DIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL.
RETROTEKSPEED COMPONENTS ARE NOT LEGAL FOR SALE OR USE ON EMISSION CONTROLLED MOTOR VEHICLES AND ARE NOT CARB APPROVED.
