1200cfm Throttle Body
CAD designed lightweight two piece main bodies are CNC machined from 6061-T6 aluminum.
Throttle blades made from high strength 2024-T351 aluminum. Lathe turned to tight tolerances with precise angles.
Throttle linkage is CNC machined from high strength 2024-T351 aluminum, for strength and ware resistance.
5 degree throttle angle for more precise idle speed control and 44 degrees of progressive travel before the secondaries begin to open.
Progressive linkage is of the center dump design for even airflow distribution and easier fuel map calibration.
Premium double sealed electric motor quality roller shaft bearings never ware out or cause excessive leakage.
All stainless hardware.
Features late model GM TPS and IAC.
A 60 degree chamfer cut on the bottom of the throttle bores allow for a smoother transition into plenum and a 12cfm increase in airflow.
Large diameter high torque primary spring. Good for 1 million cycles. No auxiliary spring is necessary.
